How to use
The nipple area should be clean and dry. Remove the protective film and apply it directly to the nipple, pressing down to ensure that it adheres well. DO NOT apply to irritated, damaged or sunburned skin. Discontinue use if you have irritation.
It is recommended NOT to use creams or powders on the area before applying it, for better adhesion.
